Safe Prom Transportation In The Dallas Fort Worth Area
Six kids, three houses for photos, dinner in Southlake, the dance at the Gaylord, and nobody old enough to be driving at midnight. Every April the same call comes in from a mother in Trophy Club. Our prom transportation in Dallas Fort Worth is the answer she was hoping for.
A licensed chauffeur, a black Suburban, an itinerary parents approve, and a text at every stop. Carroll, Keller, Northwest, and Grapevine Colleyville ISD proms, for years now.
Prom Transportation Services For Every Occasion
I have driven enough proms to know the job is half transportation and half reassurance. The kids want a black SUV and a driver who does not treat them like children. The parents want to know where that SUV is at 11.40 p.m. Both are fair.
So our prom car service is set up for both. Parents book it, parents approve the stops, parents get the chauffeur’s number. The kids get the ride. Here is how the night usually breaks down.
๐ Group Pickups For Photos
We collect the group from one house for the photo session, then the next, in the order parents set. Six per Suburban. Parents meet the chauffeur at the first stop, see the car, and get his mobile number.
๐ธ Dinner Before The Dance
Southlake Town Square, Clearfork, a restaurant in Grapevine. We wait outside through photos and dinner, so there is no scrambling for a second ride at 7 p.m. The car is exactly where they left it.
๐ฝ๏ธ Drop At The Dance
At the ballroom door, not the far end of the lot. Gaylord Texan, Omni Fort Worth, Hotel Vin, Westin Southlake. The chauffeur waits on site or returns at the agreed pickup time, whichever the parents chose.
๐จโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆ After Prom Pickup
School sponsored after prom at the rec center or Main Event, then home. We follow the itinerary parents approved and nothing else. No unscheduled stops and no changes requested by the kids on the night.
๐ Homecoming And Winter Formal
Same service, shorter night. Homecoming in October is busier than people expect, especially at Carroll and Keller. Book early for fall Saturday evenings, because the cars go to whoever asks first.
๐จ Parent Updates All Night
A text when the group is picked up, a text at each stop, a text at every drop off. If a parent calls the chauffeur at midnight, he answers. Our safe prom transportation depends on that.
Explore the Car Fleet
For prom we send the Suburban. Six teenagers, dresses, corsages, a bag of flats for later, and a phone charger in every row. Two Suburbans for a group of twelve, timed together so the photos work.
The Escalade is there if the group is smaller and wants the upgrade. Same six seats, quieter, a little more of an entrance in the driveway.
Both are spotless, both have aux and chargers, and neither has a minibar. That last part matters to parents, and we say it out loud.

Chevrolet Suburban
Six in formal wear, room for everything. The prom standard.
How To Book Prime Ride Prom Transportation In DFW
It is organized by a parent or guardian. We need to know the name of the school, location, stop list including addresses, and a contact phone number of the parent. The itinerary is fixed until the evening and the driver gets the copy of the route printed. Children can participate in the planning process, but the booking is done by an adult.

Popular Prom Schools And Venues Across The DFW Area
Most of our prom work comes from the high schools around our base and the hotel ballrooms where their proms are held. The Gaylord Texan in Grapevine and the Omni downtown host more proms than anywhere else on this side of the metroplex, and we know the loading doors at both. Carroll, Keller, and Northwest ISD land on the same few Saturdays every spring.
If your school is not listed, we still cover it. Send the venue and the stops and we will quote the night.

Why Choose Prime Ride Transportation?
Parents are not booking a car. They are buying a quiet night. That means a chauffeur who follows the plan, answers his phone, and does not get talked into a detour by six seventeen year olds. Our prom transportation has worked that way for 14 years, and the repeat bookings from parents prove it.
Black Suburbans that look sharp in the driveway photos and hold six comfortably in formal wear. Detailed before every prom, chargers in every row, no alcohol on board, no exceptions. The Escalade for smaller groups.
Emad has been driving proms for DFW since the students scheduling him are now in kindergarten. He knows the entrances of the hotel, how much time it takes to clear out at Gaylord, and how to keep the kids on time without being the bad guy.
Licensed, vetted, and handpicked to take students to prom. Extremely calm and patient; they follow the schedule. Parents meet them on pickup and give them their phone numbers so that they can call them anytime during the night.
Keller, Southlake, Trophy Club, Westlake, and Colleyville are all within 15 minutes of our base. That means on time pickups on the busiest Saturday of the spring, when Dallas based cars are stuck on 114.
FAQ's About
FAQ's About Prime Ride Prom Transportation Services DFW
Prom is booked as an hourly block, usually 5 to 7 hours, so the car stays with the group all night. Split across six passengers it works out less than two rideshares each way, and far safer. One quote, approved by a parent, before the night.
No. A parent or guardian books, approves the itinerary, and is the contact for the night. The kids can plan the stops with you, but we take the booking and the payment from an adult.
Only stops on the parent approved itinerary. If plans change on the night, the chauffeur calls the booking parent before going anywhere new. That one rule is the reason parents book us again the following year.
Six in a Suburban, and that is six in formal wear with room to breathe. Groups of seven to twelve get two Suburbans on the same schedule. Larger groups should look at a party bus, and we will say so.
Yes, if the block covers it, which most do. The chauffeur stays on site or nearby and is at the door at the agreed time. Nobody is standing in a hotel lobby at 11 p.m. trying to get a rideshare to accept.
As soon as the school announces the date. Carroll and Keller proms land on the same few April and May Saturdays, and our cars are gone six to eight weeks ahead. Homecoming in October fills quickly too.
