Discreet Executive Car Service In Westlake, TX, Solana To DFW

Westlake is seven square miles on the Tarrant and Denton county line, wedged between Southlake, Trophy Club, Roanoke, and Keller at the 114 and 170 interchange. About 2,000 residents, the wealthiest town in Texas by household income, and a corporate daytime population over 13,000 at Charles Schwab’s headquarters, the Fidelity campus, and Deloitte University, all on the old Circle T Ranch. ZIP 76262, Westlake Academy, Solana and Entrada for the few shops and restaurants, Town Hall on Solana Boulevard. Our base is about 15 minutes southwest, and our black car service is at the Circle T gates most weekday mornings.

DFW is about 15 minutes east on 114, straight into the north entrance, 25 when the campuses let out at 5. Love Field is nearer 40. Alliance is ten minutes west for private flights. Every airport pickup is flight tracked, 30 minutes of waiting free. At DFW the chauffeur waits in the prearranged zone by baggage claim, at Love Field in Garage C, Level One. Our Westlake airport transportation is priced flat, airport fee in, and account clients keep the same chauffeur both ways.

Where we go in Westlake. The Schwab campus on Schwab Way, the Fidelity campus off Davis, and Deloitte University, which hosts 45,000 guests a year who all need a ride from DFW. The Marriott at Solana for those guests and for wedding blocks. Chapel at Palacios in Entrada for the weddings themselves. Vaquero Club for golf and member dinners, with Quail Hollow across Davis Boulevard. Westlake Academy for graduation. Dinner means Southlake Town Square or Roanoke’s Oak Street, ten minutes either way, because Westlake has famously few restaurants of its own. Neighborhoods: Vaquero, Quail Hollow, Glenwyck Farms, Terra Bella, the Knolls at Solana, Entrada.

Westlake’s rideshare problem is the gate. Vaquero, Quail Hollow, and Glenwyck Farms all sit behind one, and a driver who doesn’t know the procedure sits outside it at 5 a.m. while your flight boards. Then there’s Deloitte University, where a visiting executive lands at DFW with no idea which campus entrance the app is sending the car to. A Fidelity director in Glenwyck told us she’d missed a 7 a.m. to Boston twice in one quarter. Gate code on file, chauffeur assigned the night before, number fixed. She hasn’t missed one since.
