Dependable Wedding Transportation In The Dallas Fort Worth Area

The ceremony is at Chapel at Palacios in Westlake. The reception is at Hotel Vin in Grapevine. Grandma is at the Marriott. A cousin with a borrowed truck will offer to drive. Please don’t let him. That is what our wedding transportation in Dallas Fort Worth is for.

Black Suburban and Escalade, detailed that morning, with a chauffeur who drove the route the day before. Couples, bridal parties, parents, out of town guests. We park near Keller, so Southlake and Colleyville are ten minutes out.

Wedding Transportation Services For Every Occasion

14 years of weddings taught me one thing above everything else. The transport problem on a wedding day is never the car. It is the timeline. Someone is late out of hair and makeup, the photographer wants ten more minutes, the guest shuttle is stuck on 114.

So our wedding car service is built around slack. We pad every leg by 20 minutes. One chauffeur, assigned to you by name, who has the planner’s number and knows which door the venue uses for the bridal party. Here are the rides we handle most.

💍 Bride and Groom Transportation

The getaway car. Escalade, usually, because it photographs well and the dress fits. Chauffeur in a dark suit, door held, cold water in the cupholder. Ceremony to reception, then reception to the hotel at the end of the night.

👰 Bridal Party Transportation

Six in a Suburban, twelve in two. Hair and makeup to the venue with the garment bags laid flat across the back. We know which venues have a bridal suite entrance round the side, and we use it every time.

🤵 Parents and Grandparents

The ride people forget to book. Pickup at the hotel or the house, a gentle driver, a hand on the elbow at the curb. Home early if they fade before the last dance, so nobody else has to leave with them.

🥂 Guest Shuttle Loops

Hotel block to venue and back on a loop, so guests can drink and nobody drives 114 after midnight. A Suburban runs every 20 to 30 minutes, or two SUVs on the same loop if the hotel block is large.

🏨 Rehearsal Dinner Transportation

Friday night, usually a restaurant in Southlake Town Square or a steakhouse in the Stockyards. We move the wedding party and immediate family as one group, so the weekend starts together and the first night ends together.

📸 Wedding Guest Airport Pickups

Family landing at DFW on Thursday for the weekend. We track the flight, meet them at baggage claim with a sign, and drop them at the hotel block. Our wedding guest transportation covers the arrivals, not just the big day.

Arrive In A Black SUV On Your Wedding Day

Explore The Car Fleet

Weddings are the one job where the car ends up in the photos. So the SUV that pulls up has been detailed that morning, inside and out, and the chauffeur is in a dark suit. White ribbon on the hood if you want it.
Each of them can fit six people. The difference lies in the timing. It’s the Escalade for the two, because of the soft leather and silent interior, and that just fits into the picture near Aristide or Omni.

The Suburban carries the wedding party, the parents, or the guest list. Plenty of space for the bridesmaids’ dresses, steamer, and box of programs forgotten till the last minute.

Cadillac Escalade

The couple’s car. Quiet, elegant, photo ready.

Chevrolet Suburban

Bridal party, parents, and guest shuttle runs. Six seats, garment bag space.

Popular Wedding Venues Across The DFW Area

Most of our weddings happen within 25 minutes of our base in north Fort Worth. Southlake, Colleyville, Westlake, Grapevine, and Keller have a dense cluster of venues, and the Stockyards and downtown Fort Worth hotels pull in the rest. We have loaded a bridal party outside every one of these, and we know the side entrance at each.

Getting married somewhere not on the list? Tell us. We drive the route before the day anyway, which is how we find the right door and the spot where the photographer wants the car.

Wherever the ceremony is, send the address and we will quote the whole day.

Why Choose Prime Ride Transportation?

A wedding ride is the one booking where nobody gets a second chance. The ceremony starts when it starts. That is why I personally confirm every wedding transportation booking the week before, drive the route myself if it is a venue we have not used, and keep a second SUV ready that day.

Luxury SUV Fleet

The Escalade for the couple, the Suburban for everyone else. Both detailed the morning of the wedding, both big enough for a dress, a train, and a bridesmaid holding the bouquet. White ribbon on the hood if you ask.

14+ Years of Experience

Emad has driven weddings across DFW for 14 years. Rain delays, late photographers, a groomsman who left the rings at the hotel in Grapevine. We have been through most of it and we plan around it now.

Professional Transportation

Dark suit, quiet manner, and a habit of standing by the car rather than wandering off to find coffee. They know when to pull up, when to wait, and when to hold the door for the photo.

DFW-Based Service

We are 15 minutes from Southlake, Colleyville, and Westlake venues, 20 from Grapevine, and 25 from the Stockyards. Close enough to swap a car mid day if we ever had to. A Dallas company cannot promise that.

FAQ's About

FAQ's About Prime Ride Wedding Transportation Services DFW

Weddings are priced by the hour with a three hour minimum, because the car waits between legs. The total depends on how many SUVs you need and how long the day runs. One quote covers everything before you confirm.

Yes. A Suburban carries six. For a party of eight to twelve we send two SUVs on the same schedule so everyone arrives within the same 5 minutes. Larger than that, we will tell you plainly that a shuttle bus makes more sense and point you to one.

Ribbon on the hood and a tasteful sign in the rear window, yes. Anything that scratches paint or blocks the chauffeur’s view, no. Tell us what you have in mind and we will say what works.

Three to six months for a Saturday between March and June or September through November. Those dates go first. A Friday or Sunday wedding can often be booked a few weeks out. If your date is close, call anyway, we may still have a car.

Yes, as a loop. A Suburban runs back and forth on a set interval for the hours you choose, so guests can enjoy the open bar without anyone driving. Tell us the hotel block and the venue and we will suggest a loop time that works.

It usually does. Our quotes include a buffer, and if the reception runs past the booked block we charge by the extra hour at the rate you already agreed. The chauffeur will not leave you stranded at Aristide at midnight.
