Reliable Airport Transportation in Dallas Fort Worth
Nobody enjoys the arrivals curb at DFW at 11 p.m. with a rideshare app showing a 25 minute wait and a price that keeps climbing. Prime Ride does airport transportation in Dallas Fort Worth the old fashioned way. Booked ahead, one flat price, a chauffeur who already has your flight number.
DFW International and Dallas Love Field, every terminal, any hour. Black Suburban or Escalade, six seats, room for the bags. We are based in north Fort Worth, so Keller, Southlake, Westlake, and Trophy Club are our backyard.
Airport Rides for Every Kind of Trip
I’m Emad, and after 14 years of driving airport runs across DFW I can tell you most of them look the same. Someone needs to be at a terminal by a certain time, or needs to get home after a long flight, and does not want to think about the car part. That is the job.
Pickups, drop offs, both airports, hotels, and the business travelers who fly out every other week. Each one has its own small details, and we have learned them the slow way. Here is how our DFW airport car service handles each.
We track the flight, text you a door number when you land, and wait through delays. Curbside outside baggage claim or inside with a sign, your pick. The first 30 minutes of waiting are on us.
Early flight out of Terminal C? We pick you up in Keller at 4 a.m., check the departure board on the way, and drop you at the right door, not the wrong end of the terminal.
5 terminals, A through E. American in A, B, and C. International arrivals through D. Delta and United in E. Our DFW airport car service knows exactly which door to wait at for every single one.
Southwest's home. Smaller, closer to downtown, and busy late at night. Prebooked cars wait in Garage C by the valet pavilion, a short walk from baggage claim. Our Love Field car service texts you the spot.
Gaylord Texan, Omni Fort Worth, the Anatole, Las Colinas hotels. We work with front desks all over DFW. Tell the concierge Prime Ride or book direct, and the SUV is outside the lobby when you said.
Same chauffeur both ways if you want. Receipts emailed. Hourly as directed if the day has three stops before the flight. Our executive airport car service was built around people who fly out of DFW monthly.
The Two SUVs We Send to the Airport
Airport runs are hard on cars. Early starts, highway miles, suitcases in and out. So we keep the fleet small and keep it in good shape.
Both SUVs are late model, commercially insured, and detailed between trips. Both seat six. The difference is what you need that day.
Chevrolet Suburban is the airport workhorse. Four large suitcases fit behind the third row with carry ons on top, so a family of 5 flying out of DFW does not need two cars.
Cadillac Escalade is the one for executives and anyone who wants a quieter, softer ride after a long haul into Terminal D.

Popular Airport Routes Across the DFW Area
Because we are based in north Fort Worth near Keller, most of our airport work comes from the towns along Highway 114 and 170. Southlake to DFW is about 15 minutes on a normal day. Trophy Club and Roanoke run closer to 20. Downtown Fort Worth is 30 to 35 minutes depending on how 183 is behaving.
We also run to Dallas Love Field from this side of the metroplex, which takes 35 to 45 minutes, and we cover Plano, Frisco, Hurst, and the mid cities when asked. Below are the routes people book most. Each gets a flat rate, quoted before you confirm.

Why Choose a Prime Ride for Airport Transportation?
14 years of airport runs teaches you what actually matters. It is not leather or bottled water, although we have both. It is whether the car is there when the plane lands. That is the whole business. Everything else about our airport car service in Fort Worth is built around that one thing.
Two black SUVs, a Chevrolet Suburban and a Cadillac Escalade. Both seat six. The Suburban swallows four big suitcases behind the third row. Both detailed between every airport run. Nothing older than a few model years.
Emad has driven DFW airport runs for 14 years. That is thousands of pickups, most of them at odd hours, and the habits that come from that show up in every ride. Early, quiet, bags handled.
Licensed, background checked, and permitted to pick up on airport property, which not every car service can say. They open doors, lift bags, and stay off the phone. Suit on weekdays, a neat polo on weekends.
We are in north Fort Worth, off I-35W near Keller. That puts Southlake, Westlake, Trophy Club, and Roanoke ten to 15 minutes from our door, and DFW Airport about twenty. Dallas companies simply cannot match that.
FAQ's About
Prime Ride Airport Transportation Questions
One flat number, quoted before you book, with tolls and the airport fee inside it. The exact figure depends on where in Fort Worth you start, because Alliance to DFW is a different trip from the hospital district to DFW. A Suburban costs a bit more than a sedan and a lot less than two rideshares for a family with bags.
Garage C, Level One, right beside the valet pavilion. Love Field moved all taxi, limo, and rideshare pickups there in January 2025. From baggage claim it is a six minute walk, and your chauffeur will text you the spot. If anyone in your group needs assistance, say so when booking and we arrange the lower level curb instead.
For a domestic flight, leave about two hours before departure. Southlake to DFW is roughly 15 minutes, Keller about 20, so that leaves plenty for security. International out of Terminal D, make it three hours. On Friday afternoons or the week of Thanksgiving, add 20 minutes to all of that. We will suggest a pickup time when we confirm.
Yes. Fort Worth Alliance, Meacham, Addison Airport, and Dallas Executive. Private terminals have their own pickup points, so give us the FBO name and the chauffeur will be at the right building. Alliance is close to our base, about 10 minutes.
Curbside outside baggage claim at your terminal, or inside at the carousel with your name on a sign. One thing to know. Prebooked cars at DFW wait in the limousine area near baggage claim, not the green rideshare zone where the Ubers queue. Your chauffeur texts the exact door once your flight is on the ground.
We already know. Every airport booking is flight tracked, so a 6 p.m. arrival that turns into 7.45 p.m. shows on the chauffeur’s phone before it shows on yours. There is a free waiting window after landing, 30 minutes for domestic, longer for international through Terminal D. Past that, waiting time may be added, but we tell you first.
Yes. The chauffeur waits at baggage claim with a sign, helps with the bags, and walks you to the car. People book it for parents, first time visitors, clients, and anyone landing international at Terminal D after a long flight. It costs a little more than curbside because of airport parking. Ask for it when you book.
Generally speaking, yes. Provide information about both legs of the trip when booking and we will try our best to provide the same driver on your return journey. This works well with business travelers because the chauffeur is familiar with the home, gate number, and preferred drop off point.
