I’m Emad Saman. I’ve driven people around Dallas Fort Worth for 14 years, first for other companies, and since 2024 for my own. In all that time I kept hearing the same 3 complaints from the back seat. The driver was late. The price changed after the ride. The car smelled like whoever rode last. People booking a car service in Fort Worth or anywhere else in the metroplex were not asking for much. They wanted those 3 things fixed.

So Prime Ride Transportation fixes them, every day. You get the chauffeur’s name and mobile number the night before, not a stranger matched at 4:25 a.m. The quote has tolls and airport fees inside it, and it does not change when it rains or when the Cowboys game lets out. The SUV gets wiped down after every ride and detailed between trips, not once a week.

We are based in north Fort Worth, off 35W near Keller, which puts Southlake, Westlake, Trophy Club, and Roanoke 10 to 15 minutes from our door and DFW’s north entrance about 20. We drive all 4 counties, Tarrant, Denton, Dallas, and Collin, both airports plus Alliance, Addison, Meacham, and Dallas Executive, and longer runs to Waco, Austin, Houston, and Oklahoma City when asked.

The fleet is 2 vehicles, a black Chevrolet Suburban and a black Cadillac Escalade, and that is on purpose. I would rather keep 2 SUVs spotless and properly maintained than run 10 that are half clean. Both seat 6. The Suburban is the airport workhorse with 4 suitcases behind the third row. The Escalade is the one for weddings, executives, and the nights that matter.

Which Terminal D door is closest to customs. That Love Field moved prearranged cars to Garage C, Level 1, in January 2025, and the walk is 6 minutes. That Southlake Boulevard locks up at school release and 114 crawls past Solana at 8 a.m. That the Stockyards empties onto Exchange Avenue at closing and every phone opens the same app. Which Dickies Arena lot clears first. None of that is on a map. All of it is in the car with you.
It also teaches you who you’re driving. Families flying out of Keller at 5 a.m. with a stroller and 5 bags. Executives leaving Legacy West or the Schwab campus for a 7 a.m. to Boston. Bridal parties with garment bags laid flat across the back. 6 teenagers in formal wear whose parents want a text at every stop. A father in for surgery at UT Southwestern who needs a quiet ride and a hand at the door. Every one of those is a different job, and our chauffeur service in DFW is built around knowing the difference.
It teaches you to run the small things properly. Every airport pickup is flight tracked, with 30 minutes of waiting free after landing, longer for international. Point to point rides are one flat price. Weddings, nights out, and executive days are hourly blocks with a 3 hour minimum, tolls and parking included. Corporate accounts get 1 statement a month, broken out by traveler, because that is what finance teams keep asking for.
And it teaches you to put the paperwork where people can see it. Our chauffeurs hold the required chauffeur permits and pass background checks before they drive for us.
